Depaul helps get young people off the streets
Depaul has a simple vision: a “society in which everyone has a place to call home and a stake in their community.”
The charity was founded in 1989 as a reaction to London’s rising homelessness crisis, one that has only continued to increase — recent figures estimated that there over 170,000 people sleeping rough in London every night.
Depaul has spent over 30 years doing all it can to tackle this and give people a home.
Since 2016 it’s been supported by UK Finance, the “collective voice for the banking and finance industry.” This has helped the charity to secure thousands of pounds in donations, giving additional funding to continue its good work.
