Charity of the Month: Hatch Enterprise

Hatch Enterprise are helping London entrepreneurs
Written by MicroStartups

We’re back with our latest Charity of the Month and our March winner is London enterprise incubators, Hatch Enterprise. We salute them for the excellent work they’re doing for the people of Lambeth and Southwark.

What’s the Hatch Enterprise approach?

Founded in 2014, Hatch Enterprise have made it their mission to support 1000 entrepreneurs by 2020. Why are they doing this? Because 90% of entrepreneurs fail within 3 years if they don’t have a dedicated, holistic support network to guide them through those testing first years.

They provide support to:

  • Young entrepreneurs
  • Social entrepreneurs
  • Female founders

What support do they offer?

Hatch Enterprise’s vision is to: “help people build businesses out of the things that they love, and the things that they care about most.” They help entrepreneurs achieve this through:

  • Workshops
  • 1-1 support
  • Mentoring
  • Access to a network that includes business pioneers and experts

They have three programmes to help the entrepreneurs they support

  • Hatch Launchpad – A 6-week programme for new/early stage entrepreneurs
  • Hatch Incubator – A 12 week programme for established entrepreneurs who want to grow their business
  • Hatch Accelerator – A 4 month specialist programme

What can I do to help?

If you have experience and skills which can help the entrepreneurs of tomorrow realise their dream of running their own business, then get in contact with Hatch Enterprise and they’ll guide you through the process of becoming a mentor.
